I'd like to start cardio and weight lifting 5x a day but several times a month I am gone days at a time 6 hours away from home.

What do you do when you're not home to exercise? Suggestions? What happens to your muscles if you miss a few days or even one day of exercise?

  1. You'll be fine...that's an excellent routine to start. It's a little more aggressive than most programs out there so if you miss a few days here and there, it won't make a difference.

  2. I think you would be fine missing a few days. But if you are worried about it, and you don't want to stray from your routine maybe you can compromise. The obvious choice would be to find somewhere near where you are going that you can exercise. I would suggest finding a hotel that might have a fitness center. Even if you are not staying there, sometimes they will allow you like a daily pass. Or find a park or something that you can go running in? Also, you could bring small ankle or wrist weights with you?? Hope it helps :)

  3. Its okay, if you are pretty regular with it ... it will is just like taking a breather.

keep it going and you probably won't notice much difference.

    Great job exercising.
