  1. Helicopters are a delicate balance between power, lift area and torque... Simply increasing one probably won't do... I would increase both power and lift area and would try to do it on scale with each other (as in increase both by 10 or 20%)... Not doing both could lead to overheating or over torquing the engine or motor...

  2. increase engine size lighten weight of heli if possible

  3. Throw out the copilot, take off the paint and decals, put less gas in the tank, remove any un-needed things on the helicopter-lights, wheels, struts, etc.

Also, if possible, attach a helium-filled balloon to  the load, and put the helicopter over the balloon.

    Regards,

    Dan

  4. To increase the lift of an RC helicopter, replace it with a larger and more powerful RC helicopter.  Sorry, that's all that can be said about that.  The design factors of helicopters are so intertwined it is hard to change just one thing.

Good luck, and don't get into trouble.
