  1. An alternate renewable energy source for oil, and then natural gas. But the thing that stands out the most is oil. The price of oil is s******g everything up. We all have to get around and goods need to be shipped and commerce needs to happen. All of these greenhouse emissions are causing the global warming and in addition, the cost of gasoline is driving the cost of everything through the roof. Alternative energy source to oil.

  2. air polution, the global warming

  3. whether or not to elect a black or female president this choice will have a great impact on society

  4. Well, personally I am a bit concerened about June 13th, if we get past that, then we have at least four years.  On June 13th Scientists are going to slam two particles together at quite an alarming rate and quite possible create a black hole on earth, these scientists are under attack from a legal case - danger to humanity as a whole. So if they don't kill us we have to wait until 2012 when Planet X (look it up under NASA)  comes close to our orbit and could, if you believe the hype, really F**k things up.  What can you do ?  Cheerio!

  5. How far are we, the public going to allow the politicians to push us?

The truth would be nice. Then we would be in a position to make some positive decisions.

  6. Our worldview....

  7. Whether or not we are willing to make individual sacrifices in the interest of the greater good.  Until then, we will all be looking for some solution that doesn't really impact significantly on OUR lives.  Unfortunately, things will probably have to get so bad for people to do that (on a global scale) that we will then be at a point of no return.

  8. over population, could lead to famine, starvation, sickness, and war for available resources and food.

  9. Governments and people realize that preserving the environment and our resources should be more important than short term corporate profit and greed, or the quest for power by some rogue people or nations.

Given a choice a lot of people and corporations would choose to see tremendous profit or expansion today even if it meant a destroyed or damaged world tomorrow.
