When it says 9/8 central does it mean 7 mountain or 9pm - eastern 8pm - central 8pm - mountain 9pm - pacific?

  1. i m confused. if it is 9 pacific how can it be 8 mountain. when it is 9 in pacific it is 10 in mountain time
