When joining a group on Yahoo, the moderator?

says that the person must be "screened" before they join. I understand why they do it, but how do they go about it?

they generally have a file that is automatically sent to you- if you're wanting to do this you create a text file with your questions, include the owners address, and check pending members.

You create a file that only gets sent when membership is pending, and inside that file put whatever screening questions you want
