  1. I do bulk juicing but try not to make NO more than 2 days worth.

Store in a air tight container & fill it too the brim even if you have to add water.

Yes it is true it loses is Health Bennies as it sits, plus I have found more than 2 days it's taste is off too.

    Gung-ho juicer

  2. Exposure to air will destroy the goodness.

  3. It depends on what your juicing. I don't think you loose much nutritional value over a day or two in the fridge, but some stuff doesn't taste as good after being in storage. Some fruits, like apples, start to ferment quickly, so you could end up with hard cider instead of apple juice if left in the fridge for to long.

  4. Try to drink it as fast as possible. If you must store it overnight, place the juice in an air-tight container and stick it in the fridge. Try to leave as little empty space in the container as possible, as air robs the juice of its nutrients.

If you plan on keeping it longer than that, freeze it. It's the only way to preserve the nutrients that are left.

  5. it's best to drink right away it just doesn't taste the same
