When laptop starts up pops up small window starting roxio media manager how can i lose it thx?

if want to keep the roxio manager the you need to do the following:

click start menu, run then type (without quotes) msconfig and click the startup tab. then scroll down the lsit until you find the roxio program, it might not be the exact name of the program, make sure that it says roxio in the name somewhere, or you know it is roxio somehow, though because some of the stuff in that is very delicate and disabling it can crash your computer.

if you want to get rid of it:

click start, control panels, then add/remove programs, wait for the list to "populate" (appear) andn then scroll down until you find the roxio program and click uninstall (or remove, whatever) and then just follow the instructions to uninstall/remove it.
