When loading videos onto a Zune, which is quicker mp4's or wmv's?

I have been trying to sync some episodes of The Office onto my Zune. They are MP4 files and take FOREVER to load or sometimes don't at all. Are WMV's quicker or is there another file type that would be better?

In my experience the mp4's are quicker. However, the size factor may be  your issue - the compression may not be that great. It also matters what program you used to convert the mp4's.
