When looking at jetstar flights from Australia to Singapore. Would the arrival time be in Australian time or Singapore time? Currently is says:

Depart: MEL - 13:35

Arrive: SIN - 20:50

This is important because Singapore is just a stop for me and im going to another place which jetstar does not offer.

Thanks ☺

  1. The International Convention is to show departure and arrival times in the local time of the place of departure and of destination.

Thus in your case you arrive at 20:50 Singapore time and if you are looking for a connection the departure time will be from the same zone.

  2. The arrival time always shows the local time of the destination point. The flight arrives at 2050 Singapore time.

  3. The arrival time would be the local time, therefore Singapore time.

  4. On plane tickets / itineries the arrival time is always in local time.

So you will arrive in singapore at 8.50pm local time (which will be 10.50pm in Melbourne, presuming no daylight savings - Singapore is 2 hours behind Melbourne)
