I live in florida and the road test is on the DMV driving course or whatever you call it so you don't go on the local roads.

  1. To be on the safe side I would use them.

  2. Well, I don't live in Florida, but in Indiana, all throughout Driver's Ed. we were required to use turn signals for ALL turnarounds, intersections, and when you leave and enter a parking spot.  I would expect that they would want you to do what you were taught on the test, so do just that, do what you learned.

  3. NO...it is a FAST maneuver. YOU are allowed to ASK the DMV examiner questions BEFORE your test. ASK THEM

  4. Does the driver's manual from the Florida DOT say?

I googled it and it appears that you only need to signal in the first step, as you are about to make part 1 of the turn (turning left).  Read the manual below.  Good luck on your test!

  5. just to pull out from the curb, remember look in the mirrors and over your shoulder. hit the left turn signal and proceed to the 3 point turn.
