When making glycerin home made soap, how do u imbed little toys? -?

do u fill half the mold, put the item in and then finish filling the mold? or..... fill the mold up and then add the item??

  2. u fill the mold and let it sit for a while till solid

There are two ways to do this.  You can fill the mold about a third of the way up and let it set for a few minutes to form a skim on top of the poured soap, then add the embeds and finish filling the mold with the melted glycerine.  Or you can fill the mold and immediately add your toy.  This method is usually done for bigger toys or toys that float, for example a tiny rubber duckie.  The main part of the duck will be above the soap but the base of it will be embedded in the soap.  Hope this helps!  Good Luck!

  4. let the glycerin soap get about half set, then push the toys in with a pair of very fine tongs? and refill the holes with a bit more glycerin?

    I have done this with candles and it worked, I have never made soaps tho.
