When me and my laptop are in India for some length of time, should I open up an Indian area email address? ?

Hi Friend, You can. If there consist a problem, Go Control Panel --> Open Date and Time --> Choose Time Zone tab --> change your Time Zone following by e-mail address's extension. Thank You.

Not at all necessary . Internet is global. U can access anything from anywhere in the world as long as u have the internet service.

Using an email adress from any area in the world in another area should be fine. Just use your normal program/website and it should work.

as long as you are connected to internet by any any internet sevice provider, use ant email id, it will work just fine, it doesn't matter where or what email/website u r opening

You dont need to open up another email address from another provider. When you are accessing an email from your current email provider, you are actually looking into their server. That means, no matter when and how you are looking at it, you are pretty much looking at the same thing from anywhere in the world.
