And after it is all done. And you are allowed to have intercourse, do you still ejaculate. And if so what do you ejaculate? And if not then what happens, don't you still have all that pressure build up?

if u mean visectomy, everything is normal, there is s***n, but without actual sperms in it. there will be the liquid, regular  process

After the Vas is complete men have to wear either boxers or a jock strap for a short time until all the "wires" fall back in to place.  We also have to provide a "sample" to actually see if the potency is out of the bullets.  If so then it is safe to have s*x without concern for pregnancy.

If not then a repeat of the procedure may be necessary.  The only difference after a successful Vas is that we shoot blanks.  In short, by medical standards our sperm should not be able fertilize a womans egg.
