When mostly people getup and sleep in Toronto?

kindly tell me when people getup in the morning and when they go to sleep at night in GTA?

There are thousands of people living in Toronto--is it possbile to keep a track of the time they get up and sleep. Forget Toronto--anywhere in the world no one can keep such tracks.

And what purpose will it serve to know their timings.

It is like anywhere else...depends on your job.  If you are an office worker typically people go to bed by 11 and are up by 7 to get to work but if they have a night job it is different.  There are a a lot of people in Toronto and not everybody has the same schedule.
