When my ancestry subscription runs out, will I still be able to access the images that are attached....?

Like Angel Says I don't think you can access them unless your account is up and running, why don't you email them.

The only way your subscription to ancestry.com "runs out" is if you contact them to cancel it. If you paid by credit card, the fee  is automatically withdrawn each month/year. That is why, with a trial membership, they ask for a credit card number--on the off-chance you will want to continue using their service. In case you do decide to cancel it, you might want to save your images/historical records to either My Documents, My Pictures, or a www.photobucket.com account/photo album. The site www.esnips.com also has a photo saving program.

It depends.  Did you save the file on your computer, or just on the web.

If in doubt, save your tree and the records to files on your computer under a file like genealogy.

That way you don't lose them.

I have lost files between ancestry subscriptions that I did not print or save to my hard drive.

I saved all of my mine to my computer...I don't believe you can access them while your membership is inactive; if there is a short time frame before you renew again they may still be there.
