  1. he's just making himself comfortable (i call it "making biscuits"!)

  2. yes it's calling kneading.  It means he is happy and wants to snuggle.  It's actually a nesting behavior

  3. it just means he wants  attention

  4. My cat does the same and this is when he is very happy and safe.  I believe it is a sign of affection.

  5. i raised my cat from birth (litterally) the mammy cat had no time for him as he was the runt of the litter or as they say the weakest, and to me he seemed special so when the kittens had their feed i lifted them away and let MY kitten LADY as he was called feed off the mum,i even had to hold her there by feeding her ham, chicken and all the food she liked just to get LADY fed!!!!! so LADY became my baby and used to play eat and even sleep with me,he used to put his paws on me and it seemed like he was massaging my belly,he lay there and purred and rubbed his paws up and down,i know he was the most affectionate cat ive ever encounterd, ive had cats all my life,im 24 now but he was special,i think your cat is special too,as most cats wont do this and only want bed and feeding!! so be glad and proud!!!! lol

  6. he loves you.  some cats do this, i think of it as a mini massage!  if it bothers you, just move him to another place and he should stop.

  7. You are very lucky. Your cat loves you and is very happy and content and this is how he is showing you. Take it as a compliment. As Moth said it stems from when he was at kitten at his mothers teat. Love him and spoil him, he deserves it.

  8. yep. my cat also does this.

  9. When kittens nurse they knead the area around their mother's teat just like that.Your cat is relaxed and happy and pretty sure you are his mom. Moth

  10. I believe so. I have a friend who's cat does this to me.

  11. yea my cat does it it means he doesnt want u to leave its real qute i think

  12. Yes, they knead on you or just touch you.  Kinda of a "I'm here - pet me" reminder.

  13. mine do it all the time, all he is saying is stroke me and fuss me.its a natural reaction in cats.

  14. it is giving affection if it is old it is more loyal now but if it is new u r takin good care of it and it loves u but don't spoil it
