She says I act all nice in front of him but my dad is just naturally nice to me. My mom's like, " You taught me something new, from now on when your dad is at home I'm going to act all nice like nothing is going on. But when he's gone- there's no one to protect you" and she's doing it. When he's at work- she yells at me. What should I do?!?

  1. She sounds a tad bit nuts.  Tell your dad, an aunty, grandparent, anyone.

If no one believes you, find a way to secretly record her.  Cell phone ON in your pcoket, etc...Cant aruge with proof.  And maybe she needs to medicate herself for depression or something because that is just WRONG.

  2. Try to stay away from her until your dad gets home.

Like go for walks and stuff.

  3. this sound extreme but catch it on camcorder, she has no right to treat you like thatxx

  4. Talk to your dad, he'll be able to help you!

  5. record it 4 a long period of time, like over weeks (where the yelling usually happens), then if you can edit it, show all the scenes that back up your testimony!!!

  6. tell a cop or counsoler (emotional abuse)

  7. hide a video camera around the house then show it to your dad!!!

  8. hey i have the same problem. why don't you tell your dad? if he doesn't believe you then find a way to prove it to him! get a tape recorder or somethin. lol

  9. Put a recorder, camera or video under your shirt with a jumper on top. Keep it recording until she starts yelling at you. When she's done go away adn when your dad get's home show him. Make sure it's a good record to back up your statement because if you try again- your mum will already be suspicious and see if you hiding it there. I know it's pretty lame- but until your 18 that's the best you can do. By the way respect your parents. Don't complain and hold you tounge even in the most unfair situations. Gain respect from your dad and he will see. Try as little as possible to do bad things with your mum. Let her yell and when she's finished just walk away pretending nothing happened. This will sure stop her lol.
