When my house is worth 2 bucks in a year, can I move in with you?

The National Association of realtors has a quote on their homepage saying "Home prices, on average, double every ten years."

I think that phrase is going to come back to haunt them. I think we are going to go back to 1999 levels and we are going to see the mother of all bubbles burst.
