Question:

When my laptop plays video

When my laptop plays video or sound... it starts out fine and sounds good, and then gets all scratchy and it sounds like its in slow motion?! I have all current updates and drivers...Is it my soundcard? Or is it more simple than that? Please help me figure this out...it's sooo frustrating!
