  1. The situation is completely out of your control. You have no control over your parents dying but you have control over your reactions to those who are left behind. Your lack of control creates a feeling of helplessness which is easily masked with the anger that creates a feeling of power! No one wants to feel helpless, we want to feel like we have the power to keep control of our own destinies. Until you accept that there was nothing you could have done or do to keep your parents from dying you will most likely continue to be stuck on your helplessness and anger. Let it go, learn to love again. The only one still in pain is you, you parents no longer feel the pain and anger of the living.

  2. Because you FEEL. Trin is right. Let it go. Have your cries ( and remember screaming into and punching the h**l out of a pillow really does work) and then let go. If you keep going on like that you could end up alone and scared, you know like half of hollywood :) Keep your chin up. I will pray for your well being.

  3. Because they have something you no longer have.
