When my son was born the doctor used forceps. This has left him with a bald patch is there a cure he's 13 now?

he has wispy hair there but it grows no more than 2-3mm he's now very conscious of his appearance and as it is about 50mm by 25mm its very noticeable

Hair transplants from TV commercial is vey effective.  A small wig /toupee  perhaps.  Cover the spot with his own  hair.  Massage the scalp with coconut milk which will encourage the growth of hair.

There is no cure, aside from hair transplants. Maybe suggest a different hairstyle to cover the areas.
