When on a diet, what is the healthiest thing to eat at Taco Bell?

I love Taco Bell. I'm dieting, but was thinking about going there once a month. That shouldn't be too bad.

  1. Going there once a month is a great idea and it works. It depends on your size and how much you need to eat. I would say take those three taco meal.


  2. Not eating at Taco Bell is the healthiest thing to do, on the other hand if you are only going there once a month you could use it to give yourself a reward. If you've done really well all month go to Taco Bell and have something unhealthy. If you feel the diet hasn't gone to plan then say to yourself...sorry no Taco Bell reward. Once a month isn't going to do you much harm, I would advise cutting down on the order though and chewing it slowly so you really enjoy it.
