in most parks u can do it urself but they go past and check...so u can wait for them too

it depends which park you go to. The popular big ones check it for you and put it on for you if you dont know how, but other small unknown parks might not have that.

Well when I go on rides, I do it and if its not secure enough the workers pull it down any more it needs to be, but most of the time people do it themselves

When I go on roller coasters you have to put the bar down yourself and then the person that is working at the ride comes and checks it. If it isn't pulled down all the way then they usually push it down further for you.
