When one spend one entire day of a 3 day weekend puking their guts out, shouldn't they get an extra day off?

I'm sorry to say this...but life isn't fair.  Stuff like this happens often.  It's not fair that I've spent 5 birthdays in my lifetime in the hospital...but I don't get another birthday because of that.  You're getting the cosmic shaft, sweetie.  Forget about it and look ahead to the next holiday.
