When open my computer, there were no icons and taskbar. How to recover it ?

This is because every so often, explorer.exe goes a little funky. When you log in and you see a black screen without anything on it, press ctrl+alt+delete to open task manager. Then click processes tab, find explorer.exe, click on it, and then click end process. Then, go to file, new process, and type in explorer.exe and hit enter. You should see everything start to pop back up. And in case you're wondering, this is normal and nothing to worry about.

Right click on the desktop and go to "Arrange Icons by" and make sure "Show desktop icons" is checked.

For the taskbar, try hovering over the sides of the screen (top, bottom, left, right) and see if the taskbar pops up. If/when it does, right click and select properties and uncheck "Autohide Task Bar."
