When or how does the f******n that connects the f******n to the p***s break?

well i cant pull my f******n over my glandes because of the skin that ataches the f******n to the p***s. does this just break naturaly at some age cos i remember when iw as like 6-8 it wasnt there and i pull it right back and it got stuck halfway down my p***s lol. so does it break?
