When or is there a better time to do sit-ups? *read info*?

I've been told it's after a run, and i've been told its better before bed.

Is there even a "better time" to do them?

  1. It doesn't matter, as long as you do them. I don't like working before bed because it will give me an adrenaline rush and makes it harder to get to sleep.

    If you're trying to burn belly fat though, sit-ups are not the way to go. Sit-ups will build your abdominal muscles, NOT burn the fat that's on top of those muscles.
