When ordering a pizza,do you write down on paper the toppings that you are going to get?

I used to write it down, but now I know my favourite off by heart, so I just call and recite from memory. :)

depends on how many I am ordering. When the whole family is together and we are ordering 12 pizzas I write it down. Just my family call.
