  1. The owner or moderator of the Group must've somehow set who can post to moderators only.  If you're a owner or moderator, and you want to allow members to post messages, then click on Management on the left-hand side of your Group's web page.  Then click on Messages under Group Settings.  Then click the Edit link next to Posating And Archives.  Then, under the Who Can Post column, select Members instead of Moderators.  Don't forget to click Save Changes when you're done.

  2. go double check your group settings

management- under group settings click messages- Posting and Archives (Edit) <-- click the edit- 1st column Who Can Post, besure memebrs is checked, click save changes

if it was set to members, you'll need to report it directly to Yahoo
