When painting with oil primer over an already painted wall, will the patched area be noticeable?

I painted a wall and bubbles formed and stayed on the wall. I did some research and the best way to go about resolving this seems to involve painting over the area with an oil based primer and repaint the area. My question is ''Will the patched area be noticeable due to the oil primer because the rest of the wall was not primed with an oil base paint?"

  1. Any primer will seal the wall. Try to match the type and gloss to make the primer blend in.
