I've been looking into Palmistry lately and its roots. Since I am not really familiar with the art, does it really make a difference which hand you're suppose to read or which hand has more significance?

  1. No, it makes no difference. One is as bogus as the other.

  2. for the little I know, the left hand is supposed to show the person's potential, their emotional make up etc. the right hand indicates how they really deal with what's happening in their life, the choices and possibilities.

  3. A cheiromancer or palm reader looks at both hands. The left hand shows your potential, and the right hand shows what you're doing about it now, so that can change. My life line on my left hand is longer, so I need to consider what I'm doing now that may shorten my long potential life. My left heart line has five intersections for husbands or big love affairs, but my right one has just two.

  4. From what I had read about it, the hand opposite of your predominate hand is to reflect the course of how your life was supposed to have been.

I was supposed to have been left handed, but my mom thought it would be easier for me in life to be right handed.

So she kept taking the crayons, pencils, eating utensils from my left hand into my right.

So honestly, I don't know which hand I would use.

I do dabble in handwriting analysis and you can get a good perspective of ones personality by their writing.

  5. What little reading I've done on it, I think it might be whatever hand is their prominent hand.

  6. lol
