  1. One word....reflectors...duh! Is parking a large commercial vehicle any different than parking a small Toyota? You think the chances of your not seeing the big rig are higher than that Toyota? Think about what you're asking next time.


  2. The requirements for parking a Semi on a commercial or residential street are the same as parking any other vehicle. As long as it's legal, IE: no no parking signs and no town ordinence.

  3. All semi trucks are th have dot reflective tape on them,it should be red and white,and should be at the top and bottom and sides.

  4. Technically speaking you are not required to leave any lights on a properly parked vehicle where permitted to do so. That's why reflectors are required. Then there is the common sense side of the issue that says you do what you think is appropriate in the name of safety depending on the circumstance.

  7. depends if there are street lights where you are going to park if can be seen with the street lights no need to have park lights on if no street lights will have to have park lights on so other traffic can see your truck...
