When people are looking for workers or employees what qualities are they looking for?

im interested in law firms but anything will do for now just wanna know qualities that employees will need for a high chance in getting a job

I think it  totally depends on the job

Reverse the roles.  If you were going to hire someone what would you look for - try to put yourself in their shoes.

Honesty, dependable, good follow through skills, good organizational skills, back what you say, clean and classy appearance, polite, teamwork, flexible -things good change daily depending upon the job so you have to go with the flow, computer skills, good written and verbal communication skills.......   but, be yourself.

That's all I can think of for now.  Job description and responsibilities would alter some of the above.
