When people ask if there ugly?

why is it that when a ugly girl ask if she is every one says your ugly but when a pretty girl ask they say your fishing for compliments?

because a pretty girl knows she's hott, and is just looking for ppl to say "wow your s**y!" or "omg your gorgeous"   the ugly girl has no confidence, which therefore, makes her also ugly. but remember no one is ugly, because god doesnt create ugly ppl. ur only ugly if u have no confidence, ur mean, or your fake

because the person who is pretty is just making themself feel good people just ignore the fishing for compliments comment because the pople  who are pretty just want a second opinion
