When people dance, is it their soul moving their legs and arms?

If you enjoy how ur dancing, then yes. If you don't then no, It is just your will to do the dance,. If you like the style, and you actally enjoy it, then it is you sole and your heart and your brain moving you.

Yes, i believe it is their soul that move your legs. But it is your body moves your legs but your soul yearns to move them too. With out your soul wanting to dance, you cannot dance.

whenever i dance i get a feeling 4rm the inside that just wants 2 explode and go full-out ALL THE TIME and make every movement so big and full of emotion but i cant because my dance team has a lot of dead dancers who dance with no energy...my dance teacher tells me 2 hold it back because we all have 2 blend in and i stand out too much
