  1. Yes from male/female the v****a looks just like the heterosexual female and it functions like a normal v****a and this is not s*x change

it is gender reassignment because your already a woman and all you

need is to correct that birth defect.

  2. If you are really interested in getting FTM lower surgery (i saw your other post) i suggest joining the FTMSurgeryInfo yahoo group or registering at Transster.com The two sites are the biggest collection of phalloplasty and metoidioplasty results online, and then you can just get a feeling for yourself what your options are and what you might want to pursue.

I'd like to add to the folks up above one important point: human genitals are *extremely* diverse! I understand what you mean by your question: "will anyone recognize my genitals as being the results of SRS?" Again, you have to judge for yourself, but i recommend going to a site like http://www.erectionphotos.com (the Soft Gallery especially) to get a since of how much variation there really can be.

Also, beware outdated information. The last decade has seen a great improvement in sensation for phalloplasty, and the cost is going down. It's still a lot of work for the body to go through, and still a fair deal of cash, but a lot of guys are happy with the results.

  3. No they don't, but it does depend on what gender you are and which one you are becoming. For example, MTF (male to female) transsexuals get the clitoris from cutting down the p***s, and they get labia from the s*****m tissue. The v****a comes from turning the shaft of the p***s inside out and putting it up inside the abdominal cavity. they can get a pretty close enough looking set of genitals to imitate the female ones but I can tell the difference, they do look somewhat manufactured of course. But most MTF seem pretty happy with the result.

As far as sensation goes, the nerve endings from the head of the p***s are preserved and kept in the new clitoris, and apparently from what Ive heard they work fairly well.

With FTM (female to male) its a whole different story. Whilst they pass really well with testosterone, the surgery down there is yet to be a great success. its extremely expensive and frequently does not end up looking like a p***s. Most FTMs opt to keep their female genitals because the clitoris grows enough to look like a small p***s, and their partners are usually happy with the result and don't like them to get surgery. (from what Ive been told anyway).

  4. Well there's a lot of fairly graphic info out there that I can't remember the links to right at this moment. A really good place to start is TSroadmap. If they don't already have the info there should be a link. The best first step is to spend as much time in your new gender. And getting a qualified gender therapist. And start saving your money now. Hair removal is expensive, let alone facial and genital surgery. I'm starting to look for an easy bank to rob, no, I AM joking. So the answer is that in most case's after the genital surgery even a gyn doctor wouldn't be able to tell. Carol.

  5. my ex-husband is a male to female transexual and there is no way to tell that she is not a woman. she has full feeling

  6. depends on the surgeon

' My parts look good, and feel great. Excellent sensation.

I hope this answers your question

  7. Depends on which way you're going.

Male to female is pretty much dead on, unless something goes wrong. At least, that is what I've heard. That's not exactly my area of concentration, so I can't exactly go into great detail.

I think the only "missing" function in any "new" organs is the fertility factor. Transmen can't get a girl pregnant, and transwomen can't carry children.

Female to male can take a few different routes down below, and none look 100 % as of yet. There's some close options, but it usually involves sacrificing some sensation or some aesthetics.

Unless something goes tragically wrong, most people are satisfied with the results.

  8. well guys turned girl cant get periods obviously and I dont think new guys can ejaculate bt apart from that they're the same unless the doctors **** it up
