When people say there's another life after this one, is there life before as well?

Jesus didn't say that there's another life , He Just say that if you believe in Him, You have eternal life now . and if you don't believe in Him, you  have eternal death now.

Yes. Try to remember it. You can be hypnotised and guided to your previous lives. There are methods to remember the previous lives. But it is suggested that one should be thoroughly rooted in this life and nothing of this life should disturb him and have significance not more than a dream only then should one attempt to remember previous lives. Going into previous lives by hypnotising is not dangerous.
