When people say you can get tan in a swimming pool?

how can you do it to your legs>??? or are they just talkin abotu arms and stuff

It is easiest on one of several different types of floating devices but you can still get a tan on your legs if you try and float on the water.  If you are not a person that floats well then try and use a blow up water bed or some sort of floating thing designed for the pool and it will keep your legs close to the surface so they will tan as well.
