the only reason i ask is because tijuana is a border town in cali, i thought, and i asked a question about texas...

  1. Cali is a term I have not heard and may be a reference to Mexi--Cali or some slang.

    I have heard of Cal as in the state .

    T.J is the term for Tijuana Mexico
