Sometimes I will save my Coup Fourre' cards until the end and won't play them because I will choose to use a Hazard Card strategically for the next round instead of getting the 100 points for playing the card flat out. Then my opponent will play, let's say, a stop card on the draw pile's last card and I have the "Right of Way" Coup Fourre' in my hand. I believe I can lay my Coup Fourre' down in defense even though there are no more cards in the draw pile. I makes sense when playing rounds. Someone help!
