When playing a cassette tape my drivers side door speaker doesn't work!?

I drive a 95 Ford Explorer and when i plug in a cassette tape or a ipod adapter tape the drivers side speaker does not work. When you pop the tape out again, the speaker works fine. Why?

  1. Clean the head of your cassette player with a clening kit. if this dont work track the a loose wire conector. also inspect the spaker it may be have a broken wire. If this procedure are ok your radio or receiver have a damage output.

  3. It's a problem with the cassette player.  The tape isn't tracking correctly over the tape head.  It's definitely not a wiring problem.

  4. Faulty wiring. Go to a garage

  5. Check the speaker balance in the cassette player- left/right.

  6. Clean the heads in the tape player.

  7. take it to garage - a wire might be loose, if you are brave have a go.
