When politicians are referred to as our "so called" leaders....?

Is there not suppose to be somehwere they should be leading us?... are we then referred to as the sheep or do we simply need managers instead of leaders?

i think the term "so-called" leaders is a sarcastic way of saying our politicians are supposed to be leaders but because of the empty promises,endless lies & corrupt practices; they don't desrve to be called leaders even if they are in positions of leadership.

It's like taking a bunch of primary school children and expecting them to lead the country - and no, I'm not being sarcastic.

The equation:

"freedom fighters"/"terrorists" = good governance

is false.

This bunch that is in charge at the moment couldn't run a flea market never mind a country.

They have none of the required skills, experience or maturity to do so, as we have been witness to on many occasions.

We are not sheep we are dairy cows, and we are being milked dry, and the only fodder we are being fed are the lies, corruptions and incompetencies of a sick government.

It's very clear where they are leading us - the usual sub-Saharan circus.

Yes followers.

To be a manager one has to have some leadership qualities.

A politicians are like top management in a big corporation they strategies will middle management implements.

So communication between Top and middle management is crucial.

I think that's the problem in SA the communication between the Top and Middle is not good.

If you were to look carefully the policies we have they are good but the problem is implementation and thats when the Top management is suppose to crack the wip to middle management.

i.e You cannot expect The CEO of Multichoise to be holding the camera but if the camera work is bad then the CEO can call his manager and ask whats going on.

People like to over simply things that is very complex.
