When posting a "youtube"....?

do you always "assume" [making an @$$ out of you and me] that the person has highspeed, dsl, wireless and can readily view the clip and do very little to introduce the clip for what it is or do you still realize some people are on dialup for whatever reason [budget or whathaveyou] and give a proper concise introductory description of the youtube before posting it?

I think everyone does very little assuming and just post stuff because they feel like it.....
