I tried pulling it straight down and it hurt. So do you pull it at an angle?

  1. Don't pull it straight down because that is not the way it is going.

    Trying pulling it out with the string up. That always worked for me. the only time I ever found it painful was either at the beginning of my period or the end in both cases when there wasn't much flow and it was quite dry.


  2. Well, if it hurts, find a way thats MOST comfortable. Overall, its not going to be REALLY comfortable, but, find what feels...The best I guess.
