When puppies open there eyes can they see straight away?

i have 6 3 week old puppies there eyes are open but can they see any help will do thank you

They can see, but just barely...Right now all they really see is light and shadows..In about 10 days they'll be seeing pretty well.. :-)

Puppies usually open thier eyes at aboout 9 to 10 days old. When they first open them they see things but they are blurry. They see shadows, light, etc. but gradually their eyesight improves daily. Since your puppies are three-weeks-old, they should probably see pretty clearly now.
