When renting a charter bus do you pay for gas or is that price included? Im totally dumbfounded with this!?

All depends on the company.  Most of them its included in the price.  You will have to call and ask questions.  They will not be offended.

If you are chartering a bus with a driver, then the cost of fuel and the driver's wages should be included in the cost of the charter.  (Don't forget to tip the driver at the end of the charter!)

If you are renting a bus, and will drive it yourself (or provide your own driver), then you would normally be expected to buy your own fuel as well.
