  1. Just get it patched.  If you replace 1 tire you should replace the tire on the other side too.


  2. You have to ask yourself how worn are these tires. If this is a front drive car, the tires should match in tread depth .Buy two new tires for the front, and keep the good one that you're taking off as an emergency replacement for the rear.

  3. patch it or use fix a flat on the leaking tire,  the tire place will suggest that you replace 2 tires and sears will tell you that you should replace all 4 tires.  more profit for sears.

  4. I just replaced one on the rear. The other one has 24000 mi. on it.

    It drives O.K. but I don't know how the differential likes it?

  5. no, just the 1 with the leak will be fine.if it,s the valve stem, then just have it changed.if the tire is still good and just leaking around the rim, the tire shop can put some sealer around the rim.
