When running 11 x 17

When running 11 x 17 sheets, the trailing edge of the image, about 2 inches from the back, has a smudge than runs top to bottom. The master is perfect and does not show the smudge only the printed page. It is like the paper or the drum is slipping somewhere along the way. Any ideas. RISO GR3770
