I always feel like im going to throw up around the middle of the 7th lap around the track. I think its mucus in my throat and its really uncomfortable to finish and it slows me down. What should I do to get rid of this? It also only bothers me when I run hard.

  1. just keep spitting it out. my friend runs the two mile and always has a build up of mucus and just spits it out. it doessn't really slow you down

  2. 2 miles sprinting seems a bit much, oyu should always stop excercising if oyu hurt or feel sick. one time i was biking uphill and i started to feel sick later i nearly fainted. i lay down a while drank and ate and felt beter, make sure to eat an hour before and stay hydrated, even if you arent thirsty.

  3. yes thats normal- you start speeding up in the last two laps, since you want to finish it off. if you can hold it another lap you can have a puking party with all the other runners lol lovely. that would happen to me too around the begginning of the last lap (i did the 400 sprint)

  4. Just keep running hard through it. If you puke who cares?

  5. Dont run as fast as you can! no point unless you doing track for school....Take it nice and easy..stop when your body says stop and spit it out..whatever is in there! :) you can run more and get better exercise if you set your own comfortable pase
