  1. You sweat so that's how the water just becomes sweat.

  2. There are hundreds of pota pottties along the way and when there isn't one around i have seen people (men and women) veer off into a  thick brush or trees and they aint gion to to vist grandma!

  3. a lot of people do hav to stop and pee.  in the boston marathon people pee off the bridge

  4. There are plenty of porta-potties along the running route. It won't matter unless your an elite runner where time really matters and you're running under 2:30.

  5. well it depends if you are running for time then they're might be a "threat". But if you just running a marathon for the sake of running a marathon the going to the bathroom is no big deal. But you probably will need to go after a awhile, or at least I do. Good Luck

  6. it all depends on how much you'll  have drunk pre race its a fine line   drink to much  and you'll need a toilet stop drink to little and  you will dehydrate or worse  but if you start preparing 3 or 4 days before by drinking plenty of fluids including sports drinks  and drink as little as possible in the final hour before the start             one final thought  if its  a of a choice of a toilet stop or dehydrating i know which one i would choose        good luck

  7. Very real, I have had to make pitstops along my route after about five miles if I am over hydrated and on several occasions I have gone in my pants due to pressure and eating a diet rich in raw veggies and legumes. Sh-t happens, who cares just learn how to fine tune your diet before a competition.
